The Luxory House la Punta from Mexico - Luxus villa minimalista építészeti elemekkel

Central De Arquitectura a Mexico-based design studio has completed House La Punta. Finished in 2010, this two-storey luxury home is located in Mexico city, Mexico.  

According to the architects: “The plot of land is located in the western side of Mexico City in Bosques of the Lomas, facing northeast towards the street. The luxury Mexican property is composed of two rectangular prisms placed one over the other making an ‘L’ shape.

The luxury Mexican house has three levels – the underground floor is used as a garage. The ground floor is where all the semi-public activities take place. Here you will find the main living spaces, a family room with television, living room, kitchen, dining room and a small patio for alfresco dining. The first level has a king-size bedroom, two smaller twin bedrooms complete with en-suite bathrooms, and a forth bedroom with bathroom and dresser of its own, a living room as well as a small study.” Images courtesy of Central De Arquitectura.

Hamburg-based practice Splendid Architecture has completed the 'Kitzbuehel Mansion', a residence overlooking the alps in Kitzbuehel, Austria. placed on a steep slope, the form is divided into two entities, appearing as if two pieces of wood have been strewn in the landscape. raising the interior program made framed views of the mountains possible, as the perspectives were initially obstructed from the site. Generated the facades fenestration arrangement. the wings, dedicated to living to the east and sleeping to the west, are linked with a ground level glass connector and elevated path. The entry level is reserved for the kitchen, dining room and master bedroom with accessible terraces. placed on the highest floor,
the living areas maintain the best vistas of the snow capped mountain ridges. guest rooms and wine cellars are placed below grade.
The exterior is clad with locally sourced tyrolean wood, leaving a rough appearance with staggered planks projecting over windows, concealing their frames. inside, a material palette of oak wood and colored concrete flooring are illuminated with artistic lighting fixtures for a warm atmosphere.

Antoni Associates designed the interior of this home in Cape Town, South Africa. Located on the slopes of Signal Hill in Cape Town, this property overlooks the Atlantic Seaboard and historic Robben Island. ANTONI ASSOCIATES was commissioned to re-furbish a SAOTA designed house to a new luxurious standard. The clients’ brief was to create a cutting edge 21st Century residence that incorporated the use of luxurious and tailored finishes. The clients required an additional two children’s bedrooms, gym, and home cinema. Consideration had to be given to the pool terrace to allow for entertainment as well as to capture the breath-taking city views.
The furniture selection and decor is a combination of bespoke pieces and imported branded furniture. Adjacent to the open plan living and dining room is the bar containing a custom-designed humidor for an extensive cigar collection. The kitchen is finished in high gloss white lacquered units with Volakas marble counter tops.


The outdoor entertainment area has been designed to facilitate a multitude of entertainment functions and includes a gazebo pavilion, outdoor dining and grill area as well as relaxation for sunseekers. The pool gazebo has been constructed mainly of Iroko timber and has a raised deck with concealed strip lighting. In contrast to the white Volakas floor, black Nero Maraquino marble has been used to clad a cantilevered fireplace shelf which extends over the pool edge. Sumptuous upholstery adds to the sexy comfort of this outdoor room. The infinity pool allows the eye to flow to the expanse of the Atlantic Ocean.

A fotókon is jól látszik hogy a legnagyobb hangsúlyt az integrált medencével is rendelkező terasz kapta amely szinte egybe olvad a nappalival és szerves részévé válik a belső enteriőrnek. A 21. század minden követelményének megfelelő igazán testreszabott villa , 2 gyerekszobával egy fő hálóval kondicionáló teremmel , moziszobával és egy igazán komoly nappali étkező konyha kapcsolattal rendelkezik. A ház egyik legnagyobb erénye a különböző textúrák és struktúrák nagyvonalú társítása , ill. a mobiliák gondos kiválasztásával igazán otthonos és modern belső enteriőrt kapott.
