Végre kész lett !... Budapest egyik kertvárosi lakónegyedébe terveztük - http://archikron.blogspot.hu/2010/12/luxory-modern-penthouse-design-in.html - és kiviteleztük ezt a közel 200 m2 es Penthouse lakást Az Archikron építész Belsőépítész studio keretein belül.
A lakás 3 traktusból áll :nappali - konyha - étkező, háló , wellness ,spa. A terek hangulatát a sötét tónusok határozzák mg kiegészítve világos mobiliákkal , kőburkolattal , ill textiliákkal. A nappaliban helyet kapott egy MANOOI csillár is amely kivételes atmoszférát ad az amúgy sem unalmas belső enteriőrnek. A konyha egy térben kapott helyet a a nappalival ,intimitását egy elválasztó üvegfal biztosítja ,amely légies áttetszőségét kihasználva teremt kapcsolatot az adott helyiségek között.
A hálószobába érezzük leginkább a sötét tónusok dinamikáját , amiről csokoládé árnyalatú kétszer késelt wenge furnér , és antracit színű csempe ,vinil tapéta gondoskodik.A háló közvetlen kapcsolatban van a fürdőszobával csak a tv fal ,és a nyitható edzett üvegfal szab határt a két helyiségnek.A wc mögötti furnéros fal halszálka motívuma , a zuhanyzó üvegfalai ,és a süllyesztett mosdót övező bútorok egyenként és így összepárosítva is működnek. Fontos szerepet kapnak a lakás enteriőrében a textiliák amelyek részben stúdiónk részben a tulajdonosok ízlését dicsérik.Összességében megpróbáltunk olyan kortárs design-t alkotni ahol teret kap a tervezői fantázia is ,de a meleg családi otthon mint szempont is az első helyen áll. The fantastic White Penthouse Design from Brian Meyerson Architects- Letisztult Modern Pnthouse Design Ausztráliából

The Bondi penthouse project has been designed by Sydney-based design studio Brian Meyerson Architects. The contemporary rooftop penthouse is located in a 1920s building in Bondi Beach, one of Sydney‘s most iconic beaches.
Hardly visible from street level, this three bedroom penthouse features a large deck terrace with fantastic views over the ocean. There is also an unexpected stunning swimming pool and some contemporary furniture.
According to the architects the concept behind the project was:  “How do you add to a building which has it’s own history and place within an existing environment which it contributes to form a place in one of Sydney’s iconic beaches.
“The design response was to plant a lightweight metallic clad addition onto the existing building. This white pristine metallic cladding with it’s irregular jointing patterns make for a strong visual contrast to the rendered solid masonry building below. As a formal gesture, the project is an exercise of delineating between ‘new’ and ‘old’ – respectfully.” Images courtesy of Brett Boardman

Luxory Penthouse with Beautiful Terace in Johannesburg from SAOTA - Luxus Penthouse lakás gyönyörű terasszal

SAOTA (Stefan Antoni Olmesdahl Truen Architects) and OKHA Interiors designed a three-level penthouse in Johannesburg, based on the client’s brief to design a product that would showcase the evolution of 21st Century urban living, reflect individualism as well as evolve the technological aspects of the ‘smart home’, with tailored lighting and automation. Designer, Adam Court, saw this project as a gateway to set a new standard in modern urban luxury living; an opportunity to illustrate how a family unit can live in central Sandton in complete calm, security and comfort. Despite the fact that this was an 11th floor penthouse apartment in a commercial city centre, he elected to provide an indoor / outdoor flow not normally associated with metro living. ‘In effect, we created a wall-less 900m² penthouse, with a garden, that gives the impression of levitating above the city mass.
