Inspirative Tori Tori Japanese Restaurant in Polanco,Mexico - Egyedi modern étterem belsőépítészet , stílusos megoldásokkal

Polanco area, Mexico City, has suffered some major transformations during the last years. Houses have become offices and restaurants, a process not always noticeable as these new spaces kept the old buildings without altering them.
Tori Tori, a well-known Japanese restaurant in Mexico City, was moved from its original place in Polanco to a bigger location in the same area, but the architect Michel Rojkind and Hector Esrawe, an industrial designer, transformed the space inside and out, keeping only the parking  lot unchanged.
Although the clients requested a Japanese design, the architects thought it would be better to be a modern and cosmopolitan space, with a powerful impact. The restaurant opens with a terrace surrounded by vegetation, which connects the inside with the outside. The organic façade and landscape give this place its own personal expression.  This unique façade, which seems to emerge from the ground and swallow up the entire building, is made of two self-supporting layers of steel plates, crafted after a certain pattern, which filters light, views and shadows.
Inside, the restaurant was divided into differently designed spaces, each with its own purpose: a sake bar, an exclusive temple for the sushi lovers, etc. The furniture, which was designed especially for Tori Tori, was created to match the demands and purpose of each space. That is why the clients have a variety of options and sensations to choose from, in an intimate and relaxing atmosphere.

The Smokehouse Room and SHRoom by Busride Design Studio - Modern , Futurisztikus Étterem és Night club design Delhiből

Busride Design Studio have designed a restaurant called The Smokehouse Room as well as an attached nightclub called SHRoom in New Delhi, India.

One of the most bizarre briefs we’ve worked with, Smokehouse Room flows organically out over
12,000 sq.ft of curves, overlooking the grandest view in India, the Qutub Heritage precinct. The Smokehouse Room frames 13th Century history in postmodern lenses.
The Smokehouse Room has 3 distinct, yet seamlessly connected offerings. We’ve tried to create a fluid, organically growing, psychedelic landscape that melts into various parts.

The Smokehouse Room is a tiny 40 seater tasting room. We created an elegant, understated, quiet atmosphere as a dramatic stage for a sensorial food performance, with subtle organic undertones. Each element in the Restaurant is hand-crafted, from the chairs and fluid partitions and window frames. Lighting and paneling is designed to create long, fluid horizontal lines, that hint at the forms and textures of the Mushroom, which served as the formal inspiration behind the venue. Touted as “One of the finest restaurants to be setup in the city”, Smokehouse Room has been called “Brilliant and irreverent”.
The Cocktail bar introduces schizophrenia into the offering, being a pristine white space in the day, and becoming an intensely coloured, constantly changing hallucinatory environment by night, which takes the trademark Smokehouse Room eccentricity into cocktails. We worked on a molten design form, that creeps up the edges of the spaces, sculpting out functionality. The idea was to work on flexible, eccentric seating ideas, including the mound-like barstools, and the floor hugging organic sofa form, such that it creates multiple seating options, for different Bar requirements. The Cocktail bar, in layout forms part of both the Restaurant and the attached Club, hence responds to both extremities in energy levels.

The Smokehouse Room is attached to the newest entrant to the Delhi Club circuit, SHRoom. With SHRoom we created a completely immersive Audio-Visual Environment, in what is intended to be the closest replica of the psychedelic mind-bending experience. The club tries to visualize an experience inside and under an exploding canopy of mushrooms, with synced effects lights and pulsing visuals. SHRoom adopts the progressive sound of EDM to create a space that breathes and lives, pushing the Club culture in the capital city into a more international space.

Pure C - The Minimalist Design Restaurant in Cadzand-Bad,NL - Minimalista étterem design Hollandiából

Lieven Musschoot has designed the Pure C bar in Cadzand-Bad, The Netherlands.Design a restaurant for everyone, a  relaxed atmosphere in which the family is central and parts priority is. It’s a casual bistro atmosphere with lots of light, white interior and nature elements. The whole interior is tailored to the sweeping views from the impressive scenery around the north sea with the dunes. Formerly was the hotel restaurant which dated from the years 1970. In total, Pure C has a capacity of 180 persons. The space divided into different zones with a flexible organization that allows many different scenarios. Guests have the choice between long tables in black wood trunk for large groups or small tables for two that can be discreetly screened with airy white curtains. Who particularly interested in the surrounding scenery can chose a small table by the window. The most notable highlights are the large oval sitting island which is manufactured from mdf and lacquered in white. The cocoon effect is accentuated by an elegant white curtains round the perimeter of the cupolas. At night the skylights have a golden shine from the gold-covered with circular discs of light fixtures. It is consistent with material color and mood contrast played. This gave the most open part of the restaurant, on the sea-side a light grey epoxy floor, compared with this, the middle zone, areas with lounge chairs are in white oak parquet. The black glass walls define spaces away without losing contact. The bar area was unlike the other areas not white but a black stretch acoustic ceiling. The furniture is all white with shiny brown tones combined. Brown wood tones are complemented by the vintage cognac-colored leather seat covers, front desk and bar. Other atmosphere are the gas fireplace with floating glass, the dark slate of the pilasters, vase objects (atelier vierkant) and lounge furniture from Piet Boon and Max alto.
