Nagyon érdekes hagyományos minimalista vonalakat felvonultató ,mégis mediterrán hangulatot árasztó villát tervezett a spanyol tervező csapat  Bruno Erpicum vezetésével Spanyoországba közvetlenül a tengerpartra egy lejtős telekre tengerre néző kilátással.Az épületet a luxus kategóriába sorolnám hisz mind az alapterület mint pedig az alkalmazott anyagok és szerkezetek tekintetében túlmutat a nagy átlagon. A villa belső enteriőrt loft szerűen alakították ki a tervezők az óriási belmagasságot egy galériával törték meg a földszintre tették a nappalit és a hozzá szorosan kapcsolódó étkező konyha kapcsolatot , a galériás emeleten pedig a felnőtt hálószoba egy gyönyörű minimalista fürdőszobával valamint a gyerekhálók és egy fitness terem kapott helyet.A ház előtt egy szinte teljes hosszban elterülő teraszt alakítottak ki egy medencével ahonnan fantasztikus a  kilátás a vételen tengerre. azért felhívom a figyelmet a hálószobai pazar kilátásra....
