Naiztat + Ham Architects designed a loft interior in Manhattan, New York. This 3600 square foot loft in the Union Square Area of Manhattan exemplifies the industrial era it was born out of. Its tall vaulted ceilings, structural steel columns, floor-through configuration and open feel is combined with comfortable furnishings and spacious, luxurious living.
The main seating area is a prime example of the relaxing, spacious living that this house exudes. The black and red furnishings create an attractive clash of colours, while the large amount of potential seating allows for privacy or sociability, whichever is required. The exposed brick walls and ceilings of this interior also provide the home with a natural, traditional feel, though it strays from this with its luxurious, modern furnishings and utilisation of space.
The artificial lighting of this interior is also gloriously executed, as the light bounces off the sleek, shiny flooring and around the room, creating a beautiful ambience. The dining area is spacious enough for plenty, and is another example of the refined, traditional aspects that the architect has attempted to implement. The kitchen area is juxtaposed with the traditional aspects as it is strictly modern. The sleek finish gives off a luxurious feel once more.

A közel 340 m2 alapterületű, Manhatten Union Square negyedében található loft, azt az ipari korszakot szemlélteti, amelyből kinőtte magát. A magas boltozatos mennyezete, szerkezeti acél oszlopai és áthidalói, szintek közötti tagoltsága, és hatalmas nyitott terei kombinálva kényelmes bútorokkal, minden hátteret megad a pazar életmódhoz.A hatalmas és tágas társalgó összefonódik a konyhával és az étkezővel,ezzel tökéletes színhelyet teremt az egyedüllét és a társasági élet számára egyaránt. A megvilágított téglafalak és a felső ugyancsak natúr tégla mennyezet  természetes, hagyományos életérzést kölcsönöz az otthonnak és remek díszletet ad a konyha és az étkező modern,minimalista bútorzatainak.
Az ebédlőrész éppen elég tágas több ember számára is, és ez egy másik példa arra a kifinomult,exkluzív és értékálló belső megjelenésre, amit az építész megkísérelt létrehozni.

The Sustainable Eco Friendly Luxory Loft by Fernanda Marques - Fantasztikus Luxus Loft Belsőépítészet Braziliából

Fernanda Marques a Brazil based architect studio designed this luxury sustainable winter loft for the Casa Cor 2010 exhibit.  Described as: “A house that expands your horizons, that doesn’t confine, that is virtually and concretely open to the world, nature and its inhabitants.”

Fernanda Marques´s project for the Casa Cor 2010 exhibit was inspired by sustainability issues. All of the coverings, both internally and externally, were executed in recycled wood, as well as all the furniture, which carry the green seal representing the company’s commitment to the environment.
The lighting they adopted was the highly-efficient LED system, to lower energy consumption. Emblematically, the tree trunks originally from Bahia became the buildings supporting pillars.
From a conceptual point of view the eco-friendly loft was designed to meet the needs of a hectic family’s everyday life. The open plan single space of  207m², contains a living-room, gourmet kitchen, bar and a video hall.

The fantastic White Penthouse Design from Brian Meyerson Architects- Letisztult Modern Pnthouse Design Ausztráliából

The Bondi penthouse project has been designed by Sydney-based design studio Brian Meyerson Architects. The contemporary rooftop penthouse is located in a 1920s building in Bondi Beach, one of Sydney‘s most iconic beaches.
Hardly visible from street level, this three bedroom penthouse features a large deck terrace with fantastic views over the ocean. There is also an unexpected stunning swimming pool and some contemporary furniture.
According to the architects the concept behind the project was:  “How do you add to a building which has it’s own history and place within an existing environment which it contributes to form a place in one of Sydney’s iconic beaches.
“The design response was to plant a lightweight metallic clad addition onto the existing building. This white pristine metallic cladding with it’s irregular jointing patterns make for a strong visual contrast to the rendered solid masonry building below. As a formal gesture, the project is an exercise of delineating between ‘new’ and ‘old’ – respectfully.” Images courtesy of Brett Boardman
