Materials and design combination of steel building form, lot of glass application and special light accession, proof that affordable and simple design can become beautiful creation. Formed in L-shaped like plans, floating building structure at street level that functioned as car parking garage, above it work office space in transparent interior design. Two-story building behind floating construction opens to L-shaped outdoor. First floor is for kitchen-dining-living in black white interior design. Second floor is for private space, consist of bedroom and bathroom. A unique creation of girl bedroom lined in pink bedding appliances contrasting with original steel wall appearance and black ceiling is interesting. A minimalist style bathroom interior created along with steel bathroom appliances.
Lakás és iroda egyben ez a legkényelmesebb konstrukció.Ezt valósította meg Hollandiában a saját építész irodáját és otthonát megtervező Courage Architecten . Az első látásra kicsit Irodacsarnok design-ra hajazó épület mégis tartogat meglepetéseket. A hatalmas üvegfelületekkel feloldották a merev struktúrát és a hátsó rész már egyálltalán nem hasonlít egy csarnokhoz.A házat L alakúra tervezték amelynek Utcaszinti részén a garázsok és a parkolók felette az irodarésszel, valamint a fekete fehér enteriőrű konyha étkező nappali ,az emeleten pedig a privát tér a hálószobák és a fürdőszoba kapott helyet.
Az épület nagyon jó példája annak hogy egy jó extravagáns ötlet nem kell hogy feltétlenül drága is legyen és hogy a modern minimalista design nyugodtan ötvözhető az Ipari építészet klasszikus elemeivel.
