Az első látásra is finom elegáns és egyszerű exteriőr téglalap alapterületű 11m széles és 34 m hosszú és 6 m magas.Nagyszerű példa ez az épület arra hogy egy modern minimál háznak nem fontos feltétlenül drágának és túltervezettnek lennie. Jelen épületünk nem töri át saját korlátait a szó szoros értelmében a tetőt ill. az alapot is adó fehérre vakolt vasbeton keret izlésesen fogja körbe a halványszürke falburkolatú lakóteret. Ezen belül az enteriőr is igazodik a minimál tervezői irányelvekhez ,világos szellős, letisztult belső jellemzi a házat. Hogy az energiatudatosságról is legyen szó az épület tetején napelemekkel rakták tele ez biztosítja a ház számára a melegvizet és az elektromos áramot.
