This futuristic home was created for 3 generations of a prominent Malaysian family; including both private and public functions. All in all, there are 9 bedrooms, 2 family rooms, family kitchen + private dining, family library, game room, swimming pool, study, formal dining room, reception area, 21 bathrooms (no that is not a typo), 2 guest suites, and some pretty awesome parking accommodations. The YTL Residence Completed by Patrick Jouin and design team.The Villa was inspired by the sophistication and richness of the spatial relationships found in Malaysia’s forests and natural landscapes, and was brought to life in the tension and harmony, and spaces versus voids that run throughout the three volumes of the house. All of this was created, and yet still allows the extraordinary vegetation know to the region to enter the space wherever possible.
This house consist of three floors comprising nine bedrooms, living and family areas, Western-style and open-air Chinese kitchens, an outdoor breakfast terrace, a formal library, a game room, and a swimming pool. A pair of guest suites is housed in a semi-detached boomerang-shape wing that’s cantilevered out over the hillside. Sweeping terraces, filled with gardens and shady spots for afternoon tea, surround the residence.

Az YTL Rezidenciának elnevezett villakomplexum elkészültekor bejárta a világot fantasztikus exteriőre sok építésznek adott ötletet . Mindent összevetve, van 9 szoba, 2 családi szoba , 2 családi konyha + étkező , magán + családi könyvtár, játékterem, medence, tanulmány, közös étkező, recepció, 21 fürdőszoba (nem ez nem elírás), 2 vendég lakosztály, Uszoda , játékterem , és mindent elsöprő kilátású teraszok. Mind ezt egész kivételes megfogalmazásban.
