Modern Minimalist House Design in 55 Blair Road, Singapore by Ong & Ong

Designed by Ong & Ong, this house in Singapore is one of the greatest examples of modern and minimalist house design. Even though it’s so contemporary it also is very well balanced with nature. The concept of the design is to create open and filled with light living space which also has some privacy.55 Blair Road produces a spatial experience that excites the senses by promoting light open plan living which is unusual to this type of terrace house.To create a light open plan living space, whilst promoting Inside/outside space. The contrasting relationship between the metallic elements and subtle tones within the house create an exciting spatial relationship throughout.
This residence brings a balance between nature and contemporary living in a renovation of an Art Deco style terrace. The first floor has glazed walls that leads directly to the pool. This pool with a garden near by separates house for two pieces and is a perfect place to relax and spent time with friends and family. The entire second floor in the main section of the house is allocated for a master bedroom/study space with an en suite bathroom. The interior is done in minimalist style with modern materials and hidden TV and music appliances.
Érdekes összehangolása a  stílusoknak ez a Szingapúrban megépült és az Ong  & Ong tervezőiroda nevéhez fűződő Art Deco stílusú ház átalakítása legalább is csak  belülről  modern minimalista stílusúvá.A ház érdekessége a szépen kidolgozott belső enteriőrön kívül a középtraktusban elhelyezkedő kis belső udvar - medence tér , amely az egész ház legmeghatározóbb pontjává vált.Azt gondolom hogy bemutattunk már több sorház beépítési módot szerte a világból ez a kialakítás  is példaértékű és előremutató lehet.
