It’s called Villa 1 and is made by the Dutch design agency Powerhouse Company through the joined design efforts of Charles Bessard, Nanne de Ru and Anne Luetkenhues for the interior design. Villa 1 is located in the woods of Holland and was designed to touch excellence in surroundings perspective and living comfort under strict local zoning regulations. This home is a modern marvel set in a storybook-like forest. Villa 1, as it is called by Powerhouse Company, has one of the more unique set-ups I’ve seen. From the photo above it looks like a fairly simple construction, but wait until you see the layout and the garage.
